  Maximum time for presentation is 10 minutes. Followed by query session of 5 minutes.

  Judgement

  Papers will be judged on the basis of content of the paper, clarity and in depth knowledge of subject, presentation and communication skills, originality, innovation and simplicity of ideas, question answers round.

• Abstract should emailed to nebulus@anjuman.edu.in, on or before 15 April.
• Maximum of 2 authors per paper.
• Following details of the team members should be sent along with the paper.

• Only selected papers will be permitted for the presentation.
• Paper should compulsorily be in IEEE format.
• Participants should bring 2 hard copies of the paper.
• Participants will have to present their papers in Microsoft PowerPoint only.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules of the contest at any instant of time and will do their best to inform the participants about the same.
• Judges decision will be final and irrevocable.
